Customer service was nice and everything was clean.

The hotel was darling. I was greeted by a friendly employee upon check in. She was working most of the weekend. She was very attentive to me as well as other guests. The hotel was clean and very accessible. The food available in the lobby is a wide variety and great for a morning or evening snack. The room was perfect. The bed was comfy. The shower was nice and that DryBar shampoo was fantastic. It was the perfect place to come to after a busy weekend.

We checked into the Frisco Aloft after a long road trip moving our son from KCK to TX. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Front desk clerk made sure that my husband received a discount on our room. When we visit Frisco again, this is where we will stay.

We were unaware of getting an ADA room until we checked into the room (beds were low and but the bathroom was very spacious). But, it would have been nice to be informed of this at the time of checking in. Staff was super friendly, lots of business travelers.

Convenient for what I wanted to do. Staff was very nice. Nice room. Loved the entertainment/TV and that you could log into your Netflix. Made me feel at home
