The staff is great and seemed very happy to answer any question and help in any way. This is a pet friendly hotel and I am very grateful they allowed me to stay with my dog, which means the world to me. Thank you to all the staff. I'll be back.

The customer service here was amazing! I called ahead to let them know we’d be coming in late and asked if they had pack and plays available. I was told yes and she said she would have someone set it up for us in our room so it was ready when we got there. Then when we got there I asked if they had any milk I could buy for my baby bc we’d run out on our trip and she went to get me some from the kitchen. I was super impressed and very happy with the room as well. Very clean and great for our 3 young kids.

The manager for getting us a room when Hotels.com canceled my room without notifying me. Every employee of the hotel was friendly, said hi, and was available for any questions. Numerous booking were canceled without notifications to the guests, and I know they had to be stressed, but you couldn’t tell it. 10/10 would stay there again
