The hotel was nice but the cleaning could have been better, our room had dead bugs on the windows that could have been cleaned off and was not!

The hotel has been updated and is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is excellent. They know how to treat guests with the utmost respect. I will recommend this inn to anyone going to the suburban Cleveland area.

We found trash under the beds

Overall good

Came in during the middle of the night and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating; everyone that passed by the desk seemed to sing their praises, and I did too. Above and beyond!

Good stay

I originally reserved this room for a stay with my mother-in-law that is disabled. The hotel seemed to have a few good options for that. And even though my mother in law ended up in the hospital before we got there I think it would have worked out for her. Positives: - very spacious 2 bedroom suite. With two nice sized rooms with their own door and a common area between - one bathroom appeared fully handicap accessible without a roll in shower but handle bars all over. - the hotel also offered toilet risers as well Negatives: - the heater didn’t work very well we finally figured out the last night of our stay you had to turn it up to 76 degrees for the heat to even kick on - their was a fireplace in the room but it didn’t have instructions and we tried but it didn’t turn on. found out on check out that you have to ask maintenance to turn it on for your room before it would work-something that should have been posted somewhere - there was mold in the corner of one of the showers - the refrigerator was dented - the cabinets and most furnishings were still outdated with piecemeal renovations - newer fixtures and newer countertops but everything else was still old - and the quality of the installation on the countertops was awful, - view of cemetery Overall it was a passable stay and the hotel staff was very helpful in reservations and during the stay, beds were comfortable, room was spacious but dirty showers, no heat and old decor did not leave us with a good taste.

Our check-in staff was amazing

It was good for what I needed. Close to the hospital, for my wife's surgery.

Need housekeepers. Dropped off towels and made bed. No cleaning involved. Same sheets for 13 days.
