Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

The pet friendly room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the opportunity to meet others in the green space was an added plus. The balcony offered a wonderful space for both our dog and people to remain safe yet enjoy the summer breezes. For the price, we had a pleasant stay that offered us all we would expect for an excellent price. We also appreciate the lack of carpeting in a pet friendly atmosphere that helped to maintain an clean environment for the next visitor.

Great place to stay!

I had a nice enjoyable time. It was GREAT! Even the bear encounter on the back sidewalk was scary but exciting! Breakfast was great too.

Upon check in the check in area smelled horrible like moth balls, thankfully the rest of the hotel did not smell like this.

Booked a pet friendly room. No where on the reservation, or confirmation was it listed there would be an additional 20 per day pet fee. Attempted to check in was informed by rude front desk representative. Asked to just credit my card so I could go elsewhere and was told it was not their problem and refused. Contacted the hotel directly. No one responded. If this is how you choose to conduct business you may have taken my 200 bucks but I’ll do whatever I can to ensure you don’t get the opportunity to take someone else’s.

When we booked the room, the photos showed a nice looking room that was equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. When we arrived at the room, I noticed that there was piles of dust in the corners of the room. The bed skirt had stains on it. The fireplace did not work and there was an issue with the Jacuzzi tub. We were not in the room 10 minutes before I went down to the front desk to complain about the conditions. I was told there was no other room for us and that they would have maintenance come look at the issues. We were there for three days and maintenance never came. In order for my wife to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub we waited 2 1/2 hours for it to fill because there was little to no water pressure. When we tried to initially run water in the tub there was no hot water so I called the front desk and I was told that the hot water faucet is actually the cold and the cold water faucet is actually the hot but you cannot have it turned on all the way or else it stays cold. Absolutely terrible way to spend an anniversary.

The staff was very helpful. Loved the location, central to good food and shopping.
