Very accommodating and helpful. I got caught up in a snow storm and was running late to pay for another night and they told me don’t worry take my time and be safe. Very friendly and pleasant as well

The maun issue we had was that the key cards didnt want to work most of the time, on several occasions we had to go to front desk to get one activated. The second night stay, I was at work and my girlfriend had key card issues. The desk clerk denied activating one because she wasnt a registered guest. This forced her to sleep in her car on a cold night. I understand the security reason for this but it was a hassle with their key cards or door lock system. Also during the afternoon, the fire alarm was going off for about an hour disrupting my sleep.

I had to ask for a room with a fridge and microwave... No breakfast. The bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom.. which was odd... Never see that layout before.

The air conditioner and heater did not work. The carpet was torn is multiple spots. There was stains on the blankets. They do not offer a microwave or fridge. Our stay was an emergency. Would not choose this place otherwise.

I originally booked his appointment on Expedia the first room that we got was clearly vacant by somebody. The Second room that we got was not the correct room that we asked for and by the third room there was a roach that came out of the bathroom sink. This all happened within a 25 min or 30 min time span. Although I must comend the manager of red roof Inn and all the people that helped me at Expedia. You guys were definitely very great at fixing this issue. You make sure I got another hotel and I didn’t have to put any more money towards it. Thank you
