I’ll never go back to that red roof hotel.

Insane amount of bugs in the room, good price though.

Overall was a good stay, considering it was new years eve it was quiet sleeping through the night, check in was fast/good. Checkout was fast. Property is in a good location next to shopping center . I will return

I stayed here for a week … upon my return to rebook the very same day, I was asked for a security deposit but not until AFTER they charged my card for the room. When I didn’t have the extra cash, I was refused the room I just paid for. Left with no place to go for the night with my kids … they accused me of trashing the room ..When in all reality, the room wasn’t even clean when I arrived! I regret not taking pictures..I however, STILL went the extra mile to strip the beds, took the garbage and made sure there was minimal cleaning besides floors! Non-English speaking staff claims I trashed the room but the guy working at the desk refused to confront the housekeepers who were still cleaning the room I had left when I came back! Sad shame to be treating a family like they did! I guess if you’re white and not a drug dealer they don’t welcome you with open arms!

This is by far the dirtiest place I stayed the ring around the tub very dirty shower. The chair stained with dirt and I don’t know what. The roof was falling in. The bed looked nice but we were afraid with how dirty the bathroom and room was that the bed most likely was not laundered. It boosts 7 stars and truly is not even close. The worst I have stayed in and we were stuck there as it is not refundable.

The room sheets were not clean and the room smelled like smoke

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bathtub and shower need updating but not bad. Seems like people are living there. They were kind of loud until around 11:00pm

Staff very nice, comfortable bed and pillows, room needed some sweeping but overall the stay was great!!

No microwave, no refrigerator
