If I could leave a 0 star review, I would give a -10. Me and my friend were traveling from Florida to Connecticut and decided to rest at that Delaware location, after driving for 13+ hours. We got there around 3am, checked in, went to the room and was there for a total of ten minutes, during which: I killed and roach that was on the pillow and 2 more were spotted on the wall and bathroom ceiling. Needless to say we got out of there and went to the Front Desk to check out. She was kind enough to release the credit card hold, but no reimbursement was issued for the cost of the room. And at that time, I wasn't planning on staying to claim anything. We wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, since we also noticed very sketching hotel guests in the area.

Room was musty from the start. Then early morning we notice roaches in room. Framing horrible and disgusting we immediately checked through all of our stuff and left. I want to know how to get my money back. Do not stay here

My room was damaged by a house keeper

The parking lot was not shoveled very well...like it was an after thought honestly.The snow had iced over, it's extremely treacherous if you do not have good balance. I found a small section that was shoveled and used that. Parking was atrocious, we got snow 2 weeks ago and it was like no one bothered to properly clear it. The heat in the room did not work...I had it up to 86 to try and get some type of warmth and it did nothing. Thankfully I had just bought a heating blanket and had to use that to keep warm. There were roaches in the bathroom and around the sink. Saw the first one once I got checked in and got into my room, figured ok...it's a one off, kill it and shouldn't be anymore problems. Got up this morning to take my shower and there were more. Needless to say, I simply got dressed and checked out. The pictures that are used for this particular location does not match what I stayed in. I know it can be chucked up to " you get what you pay for " but this was beyond bad to me. It was late when I got there, I was beyond tired and irritated with the parking lot, so I just sucked it up and I needed sleep. Front desk guy was pleasant enough, it wasn't a really long interaction to gauge off of. Would I recommend this location?? No I would not, I'm sure it works for others I guess, but I won't be staying there again.

Room was very clean

Cockroach found in the room. a lot of people smoke on the balcony despite no smoking sign. The room is dates but relatively clean. Even though the sheets looked clean, The bed cover sheet might not have not been washed. There was a blood stain on it. The owner was nice to give us another room when the first was stink with cigarettes.

There were roaches in the bathrooom

The room had roaches i killed at least 5 durung my stay even had one jump on me from the toilet paper roll plus the wifi did not work in my room even after calling the front desk i was told it was fine i spent 200 dollars to sleep with roaches and no internet
