Stayed with our dog when visiting son at UMass and found the accommodations nice and convenient.

My family and I were supposed to stay at your south Deerfield, MA location December 8-10, but once we saw the condition of the property and our room, we immediately walked out and went to the front desk for a refund so we could find a safe hotel for our family. However, we were only offered an “upgrade” which isn’t possible at that property; I will attach pictures below. My two young children (4 and 1) were terrified and crying, begging to leave. This left my family stranded and scrambling to find a safe and clean hotel in the area that had rooms available. $450 later, we found a SAFE and family friendly hotel to stay at. The whole building is run down and has an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. There were employees yelling in the maintenance/laundry area. There was a crackhead picking through the dumpster right outside of our window. There are piles of cigarette butts and beer bottles all over the parking lots and walkways. I’m honestly shocked that we didn’t see any needles lying around, but I’m sure they were there. Our room smelled like disgusting body odor and decay. The window sill had black mold and debris all over it. The window was left open, so staff were obviously aware of the horrible stench and trying to air it out before we arrived. The window screen was bent from someone previously breaking in. I am absolutely appalled at the condition of the property after seeing the severely misleading pictures online, and I am furious about the abandonment we experienced

The ladies bathroom near the office was a disaster-No toilet paper-Papertowel thrown on the floor,even saw that ppl were using paper towel instead of toilet paper in the toilet-Not good for ur septic system
