Stayed here for many many years. I'm always working long hours when in Detroit, so this inexpensive stay works out just fine. It's nothing flashy, and don't get confused and expect a 5 star hotel, but it will be just fine for a cheap nights stay if you're working long hours.

It works well as somewhere to stay a few nights. No frills but no surprises there. My one piece of advice is to make sure that you lock your car at all times. I lost a camera and I'm sure it's when I just went to check on my laundry. Seconds at most.
