Was very disappointed. Have stayed here many times over the years while visiting family in Toledo and have never had a problem before. This year, the room had bedbugs & wife was bitten several times on her legs. There were also not enough towels provided in the room.

Our room wasn’t very clean. There was food on the desk and I was barefoot for about 3 minutes and my feet were sticking to the floor after I got out of the shower. Our TV didn’t work which wasn’t a huge deal because I wasn’t there to watch TV but it was a little annoying. There was a huge gauge in our door and there were people hanging out outside smoking the entire time I was there which didn’t make me feel the safest. The woman working the front desk was very nice though. The smell of the entire place is just not great. I don’t see myself staying there again.

The hotel was okay. I had to call the police for a disturbance that lasted a hour. This event occurred around 3:30am and there was no way to contact the front office for assistance. I was unable to leave my room because I did not want to get my family involved with the issue going on next door.
