Phone did not work and the phone itself was very dirty. Bathroom was dirty. No extra toilet paper. No extra towels.

Comfortable beds, spacious room.

I have stayed here several times on my trips between Texas and Colorado and every time has been a great experience. I always have my dogs with me and this Red Roof is always welcoming to them. The hotel is easy to get to and fairly quiet. It feels safe and there's a good size area to walk dogs.

Someone was working on their car at since we arrived all the way into 4am! Called staff and they didnt do anything.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights. The room was roomy, t.v. worked, larger than average fridge. They did not bring fresh towels, we had to go downstairs to the receptionist to request the towels..I also had to go downstairs twice during our stay to get our room keys reactivated( we were locked out) The second time that we were locked out, we had dinner and packages and I had to leave my wife, locked out on the walkway..when I got to the front desk, no one was there..it was 8:35 p.m. Two other families arrived to check in, still nobody. My wife called and said she was cold, she went back to the car with food and packages.. still nobody..at 9:10 a young man finally showed up, he looked high, his eyes looked bloodshot, he looked out of it..I was pissed but didnt yell, got his name and pointed out that we all were waiting for somebody for a half hour to help us, including an elder.. We paid good money for our rooms and to be left out in the cold, literally, was a bad experience. So no, I want people to be aware of the lack of assistance when you need it most.

Room was clean.

The room was not clean and it smelled really bad. The floors were dirty and sticky. I had to get someone to come mop the floor.
