All the common areas of the hotel were filthy dirty and needs much TLC. Not whatb the pictures on the website portray. We recommended to our family and they also booked a room. There was no disclosure that due to the cold it was a blue zone which meant it was open to ppl who had no where to go due to cold weather. Needlessless to say they were not properly groomed and it made us all uncomfortable.
My aunt dropped her shoes in the lobby while checking in. Asked about them to front desk and no one knew or saw anything. However when we returned from our event they magically appeared in lobby a luggage chart.
