I like your facility I will be coming back in the future it was nice place better than some of the places I have stay at very clean and quiet your workers very polite and helpful.

I didn't like the trash that was left outside on side of the building, my room was under someone with a dog that ran around alot maybe the pet Friendly rooms should be 1st floor only, the mattresses was not comfortable at all, and when i asked for wash clothes they was all out i was given hand towels for wash clothes

The staff was very accommodating

Room had roaches in it.

I checked in at 7:15pm, the first room I was given the heater was not working, I was assigned a second room where the sigarette smell was unbearable . Finally I was assigned a third room. Worse of anything, I was traveling with two service dogs that I mentioned during the reservation. Once there, the front desk person told me she needed to ask the manager about. Few hours later she called me down that the manager wanted me to be charged me $45 for the service dogs. Hotels cannot charge extra fees for service animals, including service dogs, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service animals are considered essential companions for people with disabilities, not pets. I paid the fee and told I will report the manager directly with the right departments. Hours later they called me back telling me that they were refunding the fee. The lady at front desk was nice and apologetic. The fact that a manager run a business like this is unacceptable.

our stay was fine, at the time we stayed the new owners are remodeling the building, but our room was clean and comfortable. they showed me several rooms to see what met my requirements. it should be a nice affordable place to stay.

Smelt bad

Outside trash was over flowing, i was gone all day and my room didnt get clean when i came back at 6pm. Breakfast was not good at all. Carpets on sencond floors were dirty n not vacuumed.

Window wouldn’t close, curtains falling off, tub paint peeling, toilet paper roll holder broken off, no lamp shades, smells
