This place was absolutely a waste of money!! At $50 a night with a $100 cash deposit, I expected at the very least a phone in the room and a warm place to stay. Claims to be pet friendly.. although any pet after the first is a $15 non refundable charge.. even though one of my dogs was a service dog, I still was charged for a puppy. Yes, my puppy had a small accident on a blanket that needed to be washed anyways- I was forced to go somewhere around the area to wash the blanket myself or the $100 cash deposit was not going to be refunded!! So we checked out a bit after 11am, and weren’t able to return until close to 4pm after washing the comforters at the nearest laundromat to receive my deposit. There was mold in the bathroom, the heater in the room kept shutting off and it was 14 degrees outside, so the room was cold. Will never book here again!!!!

Dirty

The class room and the toilet are smells. The floor is dirty. The top of the table and bed side lightes are dusty.

They didn’t have any wash rags because laundry wasn’t until the next day and they didn’t clean our room at all during our 6 day stay.

Literally the most disgusting place I have ever been.

The shower had some of the best water pressure of any hotel I've stayed in the past year.

The property needs a total makeover!

There was a rat in the parking lot near the front entrance when we arrived, and the front doors were inoperative, and had signs directing use of side doors, carpeting in the hallways was stained and dirty looking, cracked and mildewed tile in the bathroom, I cancelled my stay for Saturday night 10-19-24, but was charged because it was not done before 11:00 am, I stayed that night a the Marriott Residence Inn-OSU, I was extremely disappointed with the Red Roof Inn, I have stayed in Red Roof inns in the past and never had a problem, I am surprised the company allows this franchise to use their name.
