This hotel was poorly and cheaply renovated over the years. The darker paint was scraped off of the walls in several areas. The sinks had cracks in the basins and they had been coated with some sort of paint that was no longer covering the flaws. The carpet was dirty along the walls and despite reserving a suite for a family of six they only supplied 3 towels.

The beds were suoer uncomfortable so it was hard to sleep. When we did srart to snooze the AC/heater would come on and blow cold air followed by hot air. There were also items left on the floor from previous occupants making me wonder if the room was cleaned.

Absolutely the worst stay. The front desk attendant woman refused to help us with towels and told us we had to go find the maids to give them our old towels to receive new ones. She also told my kids to move it when we were trying to get breakfast. Even though a measly excuse me would have been polite.
We also were treated absolutly horrible because a it was “just thanksgiving the day before” and she was clearly unthankful for a job.
