My only negative would have to be that I was not allowed to have a later check out time past 11am. My neighbors were up partying, yelling, loud music, and sometimes fighting all hours of the night. I had a very important meeting later that evening in Richmond and the extra sleep and extra time to get ready would have made all the difference!!!! :)

Floors were sticky
Shower was not washed properly there was strands of hair on the shower walls
No way that bed was a queen definitely was a full size bed.
Outlets were bad and need to be replaced could not plug up any electronics to charge

My stay would have been sub par had it not been for the amazing front desk seevice. She made trip that much more comfortable with her professionalism and her attention to her customers. The hotel was undergoing renovation and the noise was bothersome but the manager made up for it in kindness.
