I ask to exchange my room, they said they couldn't in a bad attitude, I went back with a towel completely with black stains!! Door frame was missing, noises from every way outside and both rooms next to it were knocking the wall constantly!! They were reflecting a light from outside the room directly to the mirror on the wall, making the room completely bright, worst nigh of my life!!!

The room reeked of smoke. The grounds littered in cigarette butts. This is for some people but in no way should this hotel be on here. Do not stay here unless you absolutely must.

Heater was not functioning. No blanket. Only 1 pillow We had to sleep fully dressed and cuddle. Would have been warmer in our vehicle

Seems to be a lot of shady people that frequent that place, people wander around at all hours mumbling, playing music, it's almost like a slum apartment complex! I don't recommend staying there whatsoever!

The area felt unsafe and was dirty and poorly maintained. I was worried about my car getting broken into all night (judging by the people hanging outside in the parking lot). We chose Motel 6 because it is pet friendly and accessible- we have stayed at a few of them before, knowing it is a motel and it was cheap we had low expectations. However, the property still disappointed us. It was dirty, loud, and felt unsafe. We felt the need to check for bed bugs because it did not seem well maintained. It was really loud outside. We woke up continuously through the night because of noise from people in the parking lot and cars passing by. The bed was uncomfortable and the nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. Waited about 1 hour to check in because when we arrived front desk was closed then there was a line of people waiting for their needs to be met as well. We only stayed one night and our interactions with staff were limited therefore no complaints about their costumer service except the wait time but I assume she was on break. Would not recommend this stay for families or more than 1 night stays.
