Pictures online definitely wasnt the same as when we arrived. The room just looked very unclean.

Nice place

This would have been a second stay at this particular Motel 6 in Brunswick,GA, the first visit was not the best. Nevertheless, I recommended this to my company as a second chance to determine if there were changes made from the previous visit. The potential is Great for this motel to improve upon its facility from numerous aspects. As I continue, during first visit, the floors were soiled, room had an atrocious odor, the bathtub was permanently soiled, bed was not comfortable, linen was not clean, when the Manager was asked for another room, she stated this was the norm. Perhaps, Motel 6 Headquarters is due for a visit to this establishment for compliance purposes. Thank you for the opportunity to o complete this survey.

Floor was nasty burn holes in the bed

The biggest issue was booking a smoking room on Expedia only to be told upon arrival that the smoking rooms had been filled for weeks. There were no smoking rooms and to some, that may not seem like an issue How would you feel to want non-smoking and be told upon arrival that what you searched and paid for does not exist and you have no choice because of cost but to stay in that room? The attendee was marvelous with customer service and the explanation that the rooms had filled over weeks prior and was very accommodating, but the app and the destination should really be on the same page.

Aside from the front desk lady being nice enough, the hotel all together was worth about $20/night

UNBELIEVABLE! I DO NOT recommend staying at this motel! My last stay, just ended Sun., was the 2nd time I had black mold in my bathroom trash can. I didn't check it when i got there, shame on me. I breathed that for at least a day and a half. Because of anothers actions, i am now "barred" from this motel, which was a blessing. Housekeeper accused me of throwing the trash can at her when i was trying to "show" her what was in it. If this motel had a negative rating choice, i would choose as high as i could go. Yes, corporate was notified the same time. Nasty!
