We did not stay, their system was down over 30 minutes! Pictures of the place are not accurate. The place had bars all around and locked down. You cannot even enter the lobby. You had to go to the side at a bullet proof window and talk to an Indian to guy you could barely understand. We told him cancel our reservation since his system still wasn't up and booked a room at the Hampton suites on Beale St.. highly recommend.

this place is trash. they do not clean their rooms. at all. my sheets were unacceptable. stained with bodily fluids plus hairs in them. went to the front desk "window" to get new ones and was told they could not access the laundry until 8 a.m. & that there were no other available rooms to switch to. i was offered 3 hand towels to cover up the stains/fluids/hairs. true story! i posted pics on their google reviews. i would advise looking at all of their 1 star reviews on there before booking.
