We asked to have clean towels in the morning. The girl at counter wrpte it down and said ok. When we got back that night our room was not cleaned and no clean towels. I had to walk up to office 11pm and get towels. Some homeless people hanging around property asking for money.

I have stayed at this property multiple times in the last 6 months overall great place to stay for the price. Kelly, JP and the entire staff including management have been great very accommodating overall the staff 5 stars. My personal experience I haven't seen any bugs beds are comfortable my only complaint they don't have fridges or microwaves in the rooms and want 10$ a day to have a fridge microwaves aren't available so you have to heat food in the reception area. Overall my personal experiences have been great.

We received no housekeeping services and was there for a week. Then they showed up immediately upon checkout to chase us out of the room to clean. Very loud being by the interstate and felt unsafe woth people wandering up from there onto the property and a neighboring campground. Would not recommend this place.

Least expensive hotel/motel in Ocala area. Room was spartan with no pictures on the walls, no mini frig, no microwave, no shampoo or conditioner in the room, no housekeeping and had to beg the staff to get clean towels. Room was never cleaned the entire stay (11days). Walls were paper-thin so noise from adjacent rooms was a problem. Checked in and there were homeless people in the lobby and outside the office. Pleasant employees and staff weee the highlight of our stay. We make 3-4 trips to Ocala per year and will stay someplace else.

The condition of our room was disgusting. The floors were not swept nor mopped. No refrigerator and no microwave. One of the beds was missing a blanket. There was a huge gap between the entrance door and threshold, anything would’ve been able to get through the door. The only shareable thing was the front desk personnel, which were pleasant.
