Emailed in advance for a downstairs room, no reply. Emailed again morning of check in no response. Room was not ready at check in time of 300p got in at 430p.
Matresses you could feel the springs in the matrees very poor sleep. Flooring was bubbled up and moved when you walked. So much light coming into the room from the uneven door gaps. Coldair could be felt from the door.

First room was like it was never cleaned before we went into it. Towels on the floor of the bathroom along with hair on the toilet in the shower and sink. The bed sheets had stains and hair all over them. Then next room we got moved into was a bit cleaner but walked into it smelling very strange and had some type of Ozone machine running inside of there. I wouldn’t recommend on staying there and I won’t be going back there
