Chose this because it had an 8 out of 10 rating. The room served it's purpose because we needed a place to stay. However, the AC didn't cool the room until about midnight. Yes it's hot, but also there is a gap around the door so the coolness doesn't stay in. Which also means the freeway traffic just puside is not muffled much. Room looks clean, just don't look under the nightstand. We kept hearing flapping wings. We later saw there were a couple of bugs, I'm thinking maybe termites, which I squashed. My daughter would not go to sleep unless we left a light on. If this was a $60 or $80 room, ok maybe. But this def wasn't worth $146 for 1 night.

Today was a vast improvement, talked to mnagement, relaxing stay, etc. They understood that I did not need houskeeping and let me sleep in. Five stars!

The room over the frost do automatic clothes correctly cannot use the fridge.

I reserved. The room paid the extra nine dollars for the reservation insurance. I agreed to pay upon arrival when I got to the hotel to pay they said that my card was already ran and they had to do that in order to hold the room. I was very upset about that, just for the simple fact that I paid extra to make sure my room doesn’t get booked and they still ran my card authorization
