No we were not happy at all with our stay. We arrived at 4:30 p.m. to check in and they had given my room to someone else. The front office clerk was very apologetic and tried to find a room for us, she found one. We went to the room put our things in it. A few minutes later we realized someone was in the restroom. The room was occupied by another guest. Since we had a lot of family in the motel we were able to stay in a room with some of them. Later that night they found a room for us but I was told I had to repay for the new room and they were not going to honor our reservations. This was told to me that the Mgr. Liz Cantu had told the receptionist. the next morning spoke to the owner and he told me that should of not have happen to us they should had honored the reservations, that's why I will never again use this Motel 6 and I will let my friends and family know of our experience. One more thing trying to get a number to Hotels.com in impossible.

The check in process was messed up. My key didn’t work then when I got the room it had mold ! I was told that there was no additional rooms and I got another that was in terrible conditions

The staff was very nice. The room had a bad odor. There were bugs on the floor moving around. It was the only place that was close to where we needed to be and plus it was late. We sprayed perfume to help with the smell and was stepping on the bugs to kill them. Loved the staff.

My issue is I pay with a different credit card upon arrival every time and this time the front desk person didn't bother asking she gave some story that her boss said to use what was on file. Funny she didn't ask anyone anything while we were checking in she just did it and was not friendly about it at all. I'm not a very happy customer and I stay at your hotel at least 4-6 times a year and I know how it works and for her to tell me some BS story like that it pissed me off. Plus I'm really tired of her eating while checking me in.

Stayed there with my bestie before my wedding and it was perfect! Just check if your windows are locked bc ours wasn’t and neither was my sisters in another room lol so be careful and there NO ELEVATOR lol anyways yea peace out
