I arrived at 11pm and the staff said they were doing a shift change and to wait 10 minutes. Took nearly 15 min and they weren’t very friendly. In fact they seemed annoyed by our visit. The room was exactly what we paid for, just a cheap room. A place to sleep and go nothing more.

The room was dirty, people running up and down the stairs at all time and yelling. The bed are not comfortable you can sink in it. Bathroom were dirty the shower still had hair. I know I wasn’t in a good area but I feel like the room could have been cleaned a little bit better!!

We arrived late since we came from Disney. When we went to check in we were told they were on the middle of shift change and we needed to wait 10 and not in the lobby. It was not said nicely or with any apologies at all. When we were finally able to check in they required ID for everyone over 18. So I gad to go back out again to get my husbands ID. When we got to the room and it was hot so we tried to turn on the air. All it was doing, was circulating the hot air. The air conditioner did not work at all. The shower was banged up and peeling and just looked dirty. Also, when you shower water goes everywhere I understand you get what you pay for, but I won’t be back.

The beds were super comfortable and after three long days at Disney, we were very comfortable! The toilet handle was a little wonky, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a great stay, a little sad there wasn’t breakfast, but you can go right next-door to Jack-in-the-Box
