This is the third time I've paid extra for a room with a microwave and refrigerator only to be told they don't have any available. What's the point of my reservation then? I even said this is the room I want and need in the comments. They won't let me post this review if I state how much this has cost us but know it's enough to complain about. I am, or was, a repeat customer. Time to find another location I guess

Well, the room was supposed to be a non-smoking room unfortunately it reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom door was broken. The shower was clogged. There was no refrigerator. No microwave and the room was so hot. There was no way to control the heating system.
