Could not use shower nor bathtub. Water came on but could not turn shower on and the tub did not have a stopper.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pics showed a frig but there wasn't a frig in the room. Ice machine was out of service. There was a mophead and a bar of soap in the hallway for over 36 hrs.

Still cleaning rooms at 9:00 pm. Hallway crowded with piles of laundry, mop bucket. Room needed a better cleaning. Cigarette butt on floor of a non smoking room. Room heater did not heat.
But there is plenty of parking, even for trucks.

When you walked into the hotel it was dirty had a musty smell. Had to ring a bell to get service. Got my room key and went to scope out my room. The first thing i noticed was the broken ice machine and over flowing garbage can. I turned the corn for my room there were stacks of dirty linen and towels in the hallway. I went into my room it smelled like pine sol was pretty clean. Had to get help getting the TV to turn on, never got the remote to actually work. Get my stuff from my car and went back to my room. After about 4 hours of being there decided to go get something to eat. The dirty linens and towels still in the hallway but now there was more around the corner.
