Desk has an attitude and was not appreciate at all. Hotel under construction, debris around Sheetrock mud tracked into the common areas, smells and more.

Check in went well. No morning room cleaning or towel exchange, had to call for at least towel exchange when we got back. Lots of construction, which was not disclosed when booking. Would not have booked due to strong smells and dust.

Worn furniture, broken towel rack, tv didn’t work. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. AC worked fine. Quiet room. Building was being renovated. Property in front had been demolished and entry was unclear.

My family and I were in town for a softball tournament. Upon initial check-in we were given our room key. We open the door to the room and there were paint cans and other materials everywhere. I called the front desk and she was ever accommodating by placing us in another room. The room was clean for the most part. However, the curtains had dark stains on them, the light fixtures in the bathroom were rusted, and there was a bug on one of the beds. Not an awful hotel, but I won’t be staying at this location again.

We were here for 3 days for church and will say that this was the cleanist hotel we have stayed at in the last 10 years coming to Alexandria! I usually bring cleaning products with us to clean our room once we check in and to my surprise when i cleaned the floors they were actually CLEAN! The staff was very friendly and professional as well!

Absolutely terrible could not check in customer service was terrible, was not even able to check in saying they haven’t been paid well I paid and after a conversation with hotels.com and a them speaking with hotel I was moved to holiday inn express

Staff was amazing. Room was well worn but adequate. Parking lot broken in several places. No cover for unloading in the rain.
