I was not able to travel to Watertown for Christmas with family as one of our family tested positive for Covid. I called the Best Western direct to cancel and they had no record of my reservation???

What is there not to say about this place. This Hotel will meet your needs for any age. How about a soak in the Hot tub, swim 🏊♂️ in the pool. And of course the WATER SLIDE. Soo fun. Hotel room was clean and met our needs for our family. The gal at the desk was kind , smiled and met our needs to. Where all excited to go back again.
