Check in was fast and efficient. Staff were friendly. The only problem was stuff shutting down earlier than anticipated. Waterpark is closed from 3-4 for safety check which is understandable and appreciated but slide was closed at 2:30. Happy hour at the bar from 5-7 but they closed at 6:45 and stopped taking food orders at 6. Signs were not very visible to have known when to order before they closed. Arcade closes with the pool which was a bummer for everything to shut all at one since we had just checked in at 3. Overall would stay again but would request better signage for all the closures and times.

This hotel could be amazing. Well set-up hotel in a nice location. Waterpark is fantastic, they have laser tag, arcade, etc. The problem is the property is filthy, room and bedding smell like stale beer, and the staff couldn’t care less about anything. I really hope they make changes and take better care of the property. Also, apparently they no longer give hotel guests discounts on laser tag, so it was $45 for 10 minutes for 4 people.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again! My husband was looking forward to pancakes this morning but they didnt have any this time and the only other thing was no ice machine on 1st floor have to go to 2nd or 3rd

Hotel staff were very good room was clean but public area carpets were tatty and dirty by the look due to people walking from the on site swimming pool too the rooms dripping wet

This was our second time staying here. We loved the waterpark. We loved how close it was to the shopping and the zoo. We will definitely stay up here again when we get the chance.
