Little to no heat in room.
Room was cool to cold. Tried to turn up heat but wasn't able to. Bathroom was so small. Hard to move around in it.
Accommodations were not up to your standards.
We did ask for early access which was granted,but room was not inspected.Window was left open from prior guest,bugs gained access not noticing this until next morning the all the bedding was damp.Should have complained,My Bad.
Room was perfect and the breakfast was great.

I can't say enough about the wonderful front desk staff at this hotel. Helpful, friendly, smart folks who know how to make a hotel stay an enjoyable one. The rooms are spacious and clean, including generous desk space that was very useful for this visit. Very reasonable nightly rates. The adjoining Prairie Glen restaurant serves quality food, and it's worth adding the breakfast option for a hearty, made-to-order breakfast. I was in Glen Ellyn on a family-related matter, and this hotel was the best option in terms of location. I was fortunate that it also happened to be a fine place to stay. Thank you for the terrific service.

Overall, highly recommended. I can’t say enough about the warm, helpful staff at the front desk. Really terrific. Rooms are clean and spacious, with reasonable rates. Adjoining Glen Prairie restaurant is very good, including the breakfast option.

We love this hotel and the restaurant. We had the best omelets of our lives there. The staff members err well very nice. The only complaint is that I did not get a receipt. There was a line to check out and I told the desk clerk that an email receipt would be fine, but did not receive one. Otherwise , the place was perfect for us.
