I want to give the highest praise to the front desk manager. He was nothing but polite and professional upon check in. However, this was one of the most disgusting hotels I've been in. THIS includes motels. there was dried vomit in the corner of the first floor elevator waiting area. The place smelled bad in the hallways. I can admit, although the room was clean, the TV didn't work (DURING THE NFL PLAYOFFS :( ) . I'll never stay there again but the service was indeed amazing!

Location off the tollway was convenient. The surroundings were very quiet. Easy access to Fuel stations.

Front desk was nice. The room was clean and comfortable but was very surprised at how clean the bathroom was and was very much appreciated but overall i liked it and ill stay there again so if i do plese sont disappoint.

Room with queen bed was clean, large, and bed was comfortable. Suite had large refrigerator, 2 burner hot plate,dishwasher, microwave, and minor cooking utensils. Shower had good water pressure for 3rd floor. My complaint is the heating…set at permanent 65 degrees with fan so loud I felt like I was sleeping with a loud vacuum. There was no food…not even coffee or water

I had to go get new key cards or get them reactivated everytime I left the room because the card reader on the room door wouldn’t work and the outside door swipe didn’t work either

General manager was extremely nice when checking us in. Property does need some updating. The carpets were very dirty and had an odor to them. Was very upset that the day we were to check out we were actually given a late check out, however one of housekeeper came barging in our room around 9am. She did not knock or anything and I had just got out of the shower. It was so unprofessional and put a damper on the morning for us.

My stay at this facility was nothing short of terrible. Upon entering our room we noticed that the floors were dirty and there was an odor in the hallway. Since we arrived at 11pm and were traveling with two young children, we decided not to reach out to the front office staff as we were more concerned with settling in and getting the children to bed. I then decided to take shower and the first thing I noticed was not only we Lee there not enough towels for our party, but the hand towels were dirty and had black marks on them. I proceeded to shower, grabbed a towel to dry myself off, but upon opening the towel I noticed there was pubic hair and what looked like someone’s hair from their head in the towel. At this point I was concerned of bed bugs. My family and I decided to sleep on top of the covers, and I immediately made reservations to stay somewhere else the following night. Early the next morning, we packed up and I made a complaint to the front desk staff. They let me know that I needed to reach out to the manager as I requested a refund for the second night that were to stay. I reached out to the manager via text (recommended by hotel staff) and I have not heard from him/her yet. I do not recommend this place. The room was dusty, dirty, and I will not stay at another Candlewood Suites ever again now.
