We had a family emergency and needed a room immediately. Our normal hotel in Weston was booked but we saw Holiday Inn Express was tucked away conveniently up on a hill. They accommodated the family member by letting them in the room but let me pay. I arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the front desk clerk was waiting on me, she helped me to my room. The room was clean, warm and the shower was nice and hot. The breakfast was fabulous and the employee working was so nice, guiding us what to eat and asking if she could get us anything we needed. It was a great experience and I’ll stay there again!

I was disappointed that even though the room description said shower/tub combo there was only a stand up shower. The people in the room next door were up at 5am and extremely loud, walls are too thin.
Otherwise, the hotel is nice, clean, has a good breakfast selection.

I actually took photos because this room was so bad. There was NO PLATE on the thermostat, and the grill to the unit was half askew. Poor lighting due to TWO bad lightbulbs and NO HELP resolving it for my 2nd night. Lastly, it was like sleeping in a lit stadium because there were no drapes; the DARK SHADE was so recessed it wasn't apparent they even had one. I called to ask for help twice; for lighting and for access to the safe; each time the clerk was stumped, unable to offer direction. Worst place I've ever stayed. Staff can be trained, but the condition of the room was just unacceptable. I will not return. I slept soundly at the Hampton Inn that Saturday night. They now have my business.
