Great Stay Small Complaint.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was great. However, I requested my room not be cleaned due to having my two frenchies in the room. Front desk took note and that was honored. Someone did however come in and shampoo the carpets. They also turned the heat down by 10 degrees while they were inside. I just wish my request had been communicated to the carpet crew, but otherwise I appreciate the great stay.
Mixed Review
Fabian at front desk was great. Baseball teams staying on site; parents gathered loudly in lobby, kids running wild throughout hotel. Room was clean, comfortable, functional. Hot tub was dirty.
Great Stay
The hotel was neat, clean and the staff was friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. I thought there was a mistake with my bill and the manager, Rene, happily reviewed my concern and kindly explained the misunderstanding. When traveling away from home and you find kind, hard working, people where you are staying, you want to go back. We will be back! Thank you all for such a great stay.
