Our room had a problem with the mini fridge, we reported it to the manager. The manager knew that my husband and I were on a little road trip for my 70th birthday, he upgraded us to a suite with a Jacuzzi. The staff also left a birthday message for me! We were very surprised and thankful.

I have never had a problem staying here ever and the staff is beyind friendly and helpful. This stay was great besides the work that needed to be done in the room. There was a terrible leak from the room above us and it was leaking into our bathtub. There was so much wall damage in the bathroom and the grout for tiles around the toilet and bathtub had come uo and tiles moving. We also found sever sink holes in our room and down the 2nd floor hallway. Even got the bag trolley stuck in one. Even saw a few bugs in our bathroom and i know beetles are a thing for that area as well and sometimes cant stop those and crickets getting inside. Besides that we had a nice stay.

check in was great very nice man, elavators were broken and excuses, vending and ice broke on second floor, no Hot water for shower and there responce was it is always like that?

The room was dated but it was convenient for the night. The reviews scared me A LOT! They are in the proof renovating so I pray it gets updated nicely. Keith the night clerk was sweet and professional
