Poor Conditions
We had an unpleasant stay. $230 a night for a room was a crazy price. We had to walk through a construction site with screws and trash all over the floor. The pool, jacuzzi and gym were all closed. Which makes me feel like I WAY overpaid. The shower didn't work right, when we switched it from the tub fill to the shower head, it never fully switched. We had no head pressure on the shower head.
Wonderful hospitality.
Everything was exactly as expected and staff was friendly and kind.

The front desk staff was very accommodating, provided a much-appreciated early check-in. We reserved a suite because we were traveling with my mother who required a separate bed. When we returned late to the room, anxious to get settled in and to sleep, we discovered no pillows, sheets, blankets, or anything to make up the sofa bed. Also, the indoor pool and spa are located on the first floor and they allow it to remain open 24 HOURS A DAY, so all night long kids were running in and out of the room next to us, slamming the door, screaming, and running wild. What a horrible night’s sleep! Ugh. On top of all that, there was no hairdryer or ironing board. Will never stay here again.
