Nice hotel to stay for a business trip.

No extra anything, could not even get fresh towels the whole week. They only clean once a week and if requested. Sink in bathroom was slow to empty. Trash would be left in hall most the day.

The rooms/suites are well equipped and roomy. The breakfast is good and trys to have some new item every day. Outside courtyard is usefull and comfortable.

We had a suite with a sofa bed and the mattress was missing. We had to ask for it at the front desk and we had to go to the 2nd floor and bring the mattress to the room ourselves. The floors are not vacuumed throughly my little picked up some leftover cat kibble.

It was great suite layout for our family of 7 but the indoor pool was very humid inside making it unbearable to go swimming.

Really old building, forced to stay in ground floor with windows facing parking lot with truckers...didn't feel safe as a woman traveling along. Also, really strong smell of cleaning supplies
