You really need to update your website for this hotel. Your pictures showed a beautiful pool, and indeed, this hotel has not had a pool in over 8 months! Needless to say the grandkids were very disappointed. The counter staff assured me there would be NO discount because of the lack of a pool because I booked through your site. Shame on you!!!
