Staff and service was great. Breakfast was better than local diner so we ate at hotel each am for rest of stay. Only con was the indoor pool. Very uninviting.

I thought it was a very clean nice property but first impression was a disgruntled staff member who was rude. We asked for recommendations she didn’t even offer help. She said she didn’t know. It was my son’s bday and she didn’t even say happy bday. Not that she had to but just want to make her disposition clear. She shouldn’t work in hospitality. The day we checked out, those lady’s were super friendly! The room was clean, the hotel had a bad smell to it.

The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants and everything we wanted. The room was comfortable, but the pillows barely functioned like pillows. Desk was out of water when we wanted to purchase some. Staff was very friendly and kind, and welcomed us wonderfully.

Very new and clean. Loved having a full kitchen. Sewer gas smell in the lobby was unpleasant.
