$250/night prison cell.
Felt like we were in a prison or a dorm room with the RA front desk and rules. No drinking in the lobby, or by the pool. Curfew at 10pm. Nothing mentioned about that when you book the hotel. When the front desk was asked about it they said they didn't have to mention it. I've never had so many rules for a $250 cost.
Good polite staff on the ball when I pointed out the need for pool towels.
Our second spring break stay, last year and this year.

This hotel was extremely clean and very nice! Great place to eat right next door and a theater that you can walk to. The breakfast in the morning was more than expected and it was good. I am thrilled with our decision to stay the night here!

I was happy that this hotel was "pet friendly" until they would not allow me to have my dog (little chiweenie) with me at breakfast. I just rolled with it though. The bathroom floor had dirt along the edges and in the corners. The bed was so comfortable and I slept very well the first night. The softened water coupled with the Dove shampoo left my hair soft, smooth and silky. Housekeeping did come knocking the first morning. It would be more eco-friendly for guests to request when service is needed.
Staff is helpful. Room was good temp. Breakfast was good. Great location to everything.
I probably will not choose this hotel next time.

If you are in Greensburg this is the only place to stay! It's basically the Ritz compared to what is around. Book it!
