Overall it was nice.

Room was very clean and well arranged. Front desk help were very nice.

Employees were extremely pleasant and cooperative with major snow storm occurring very understanding.

No one plowed the lot or sideways for two days.

All in all I would stay here again and recommend it to others too. That being said there were some maintenance issues. We stayed in room 319. The gfci outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and looked like it hadn’t for some time and people have tried to reset it with tools or something. The tub faucet when you went to use the shower 1/3 would come out the spigot and 2/3 out the shower head. So the pressure wasn’t as good as it could be if it worked properly. The chair had a large hole in the corner of the seat cushion that was covered with duct tape that was close but not quite the same color. The table lamp on the nightstand had a broken lightbulb in it so it was a little dim on half the bed in the evening. Lastly the toilet quit flushing. The chain on the plunger in the tank tore the rubber and I couldn’t reattach it. I was able to rig it to work but only temporarily. To their defense I never called the front desk and mentioned any of this because we were in and out the multiple days we were there and didn’t want bothered by maintenance personnel when we were trying to rest. The place showed signs of use but all in all it was clean and I would stay there again and recommend it to people too. I would just let them know it is a well used establishment but worth the price point.

When we checked in they were accommodating by letting us have a first floor room as requested. The tv in that room did not work so they moved us to another first floor room. They were very nice through it all.

the toilet didn't work, no trash can in the room, no light over the bathroom mirror, empty frame (for a picture) on the wall - just the frame left there. Really?!!!

The room was very spacious clean , comfortable and newly remodeled. Very nice kitchen area too. The elevator was scary because it started out with a lurch and loud noise and I was afraid I wouldn’t get to my floor safely!! Needless to say I took the steps from then on and two trips when I checked out with my luggage. It took an eternity to get to my room with the maze I had to go through all the hallways.
