ALL OF THE STAFF IS AMAZING!
WE LOVED OUR STAY HERE! FRONT DESK STAFF AND KITCHEN STAFF were wonderful! We love the courtyard and the two BR apartment!
Great Hotel & Staff!
The hotel is great! My daughter and I were there for my brother's End of Life so we were under some anxiety, depression, etc. The staff (although unaware of our distress) was simply great.

Our stay started off bad as we could only get two channels on their television, took a day and ahalf to get maintenance to come in and fix it, and the front clerk female that we called told us she would let maintenence know the first day we stayed and she didn't. The breakfast there was very good, and the rooms were comfortable which was a nice perk for us. We stayed there for several nights, but the worst part of all was our bill was 1,132 dollars, which was okay the bad part was we got charged this amount twice and it took several days to come back to our account, i personally was very upset as we still had to travel towards home and stay at another hotel for the night just glad we had the extra money in our account, as the manager didn't even seem to care about the whole money situation. Just a big heads up watch your accounts as they are a real piece of work for even taking that amount out again as a hold for the room. We will never ever stay at this affiliated hotel chain again!!

Pool and common areas were nice. Room furnishings, carpet, bathrooms need updating. Stained and unclean.

Not very modern, rooms feel dated but lobby and parking lot are well kept and seem more modern. Nothing fancy, but you do get a dishwasher in your room.

I truly enjoyed location and friendly staff. But, the place is needing renovation soon, at least in my room which makes my next point more relevant. $75.00 non refundable for two dogs is outrageous. You could re do the carpet every 5 sets of guests. So 4 stars is truly for the staff and the quiet vibe, it could be 2 or 3. Bottom of bathroom door rotting out, couch looked very well worn and other wear and tear items I took photos of but if I pay that much for my pets it should be immaculate. Overall I would go back but without pets.

Room was clean; as well as pool area and lobby. Only critique would be laundry room location and several machines out of service. But not a deal breaker.
