Front desk and security excellent no issues, very cordial and accommodating.
Issue was with management. Had an issue with payment twice. He was very rude and unaccommodating.

My air didn’t want to work and I had to really mess with it for it to finally work. The halls smelled like cigarettes. Also the staff messed the room numbers up for someone who needed extra linens and they were banging on my door at 11pm. Scared me to death.
The property was right next to what we were in town for and was okay enough for us to stay 1 night but I wouldn’t recommend for long stays. Overall okay.

Strong smell, I cannot figure what type of smell it is, also I didn’t know this hotel is a shelter as well. Would’ve be better to know this from before you booking. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable bed as well.

overall, not bad. but there were 2 disappointing points. milk served in the breakfast felt like not fresh, I couldn't continue having the meal. the other was coffee maker in the room didn't work well.
