I was given a room that was not clean The tub in the second room was not clean and did not drain property.

It was great until the hotel left their ozone cleaner running during the stay, sending our friend we booked the room for to the emergency room. The smell was so strong when we went to retrieve his items that we were immediately sick. Hotel staff admitted to the smell being their ozone cleaner, and offered to comp his room for free. HE IS IN THE HOSPITAL! Doctors said if he didn’t call his own ambulance when he did, he would be dead! He spent two days in a room that made him so sick he’s been admitted to the hospital for who knows how long. How often does this happen? Beyond unacceptable and dangerous. The right thing would have been to alert other hotel guests and have the entire facility tested to ensure no one else was hurt. Instead they checked the adjacent rooms and called it good. Do better before it costs someone their life.

The stay was excellent and the staff were great.

It was clean. Great products. I just rushed the stove worked a like bit better but my overall stay was amazing.
