The staff that checked me in and out were absolutely professional and accommodating.
The staff on both days were exceptional, efficient and knowledgeable.
Humidity in the room.
The bedroom carpet was damp, probably because the bathroom has no exhaust fan… Three adults taking showers just made the humidity worse and mirror useless. Booked a King suite with a pull out sofa, for three Adults and no linens were waiting in the room. The Front Desk, thankfully, did have a set available. Otherwise, this is just an average hotel in need of a facelift charging premium fees.

The hotel personnel was awesome. The breakfast was amazing. The attendant named Brandis was amazing. She was so friendly and so nice. She took care of me.

Shower leaked so bad the bathroom floor was soaked and even the carpet in the bedroom was wet from it. Water damage all around the shower with drywall damage. Carpet throughout the room had wholes cut out of it that weren’t patched. Refrigerator. door drug the floor where you couldn’t open it all the way. Jetted tub wasn’t cleaned. Over all not a great stay
