Spring break review.
The rooms were clean, The pools were enjoyable, The employees were very friendly and happy. Would have been nice to have a free pastry with the free coffee in the lobby for breakfast.

Booked one room for five people. Got put in a single king. Nothing they can do. Riddle me that. Typical hotel behavior.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Also, we called before the trip to request our 3 rooms together. They said it was.impossible and none of the rooms were together. The two familes who checked in before us were able to get rooms together. We were not; although there was an empty room next to them when we checked in. Same exact room. They easily could have put us together.

Check in was fast and the guys checking in wete super nice, pool was warm, rooms were spacious! Hot tub was large!

We liked the waterpark. It was good for school aged children. Supervision was up to parents, though, and a lot of kids had no real supervision. We lost some earbuts and had to move the couch to look. Big mistake! It was disgusting. Also, we had to pick up around the pool area to find a place to sit. Some kids took all our towels and none were available until later. Just some issues wit supercision and cleanliness, but still worth the stay.
