Clean, comfortable, good location in Verona.
Check in experience was very easy. Both gentlemen at the front desk were pleasant(and there were cookies). Room was clean, comfortable, with plenty of outlets and USB ports. The only ding is the showerhead in 308 needs replacing. You only have two settings:pummeling and light spray. We didn't enjoy breakfast as we were meeting family, but it smelled wonderful. There was minimal noise from other guests or the street, huge plus.

Lumps of brown substance on the bathtub floor while filling up bathtub, black pubic hair on white bath towel, some plastic wrapper on sink, dirt/debri in refrigerator, AC was barely cold. Other than that, super nice front desk man, nice pool and hottub, we only heard runinng once, comfy bed.

Friendly, efficient staff. Pleasant breakfast area with a nice selection of breakfast foods. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting the area. Wonderful restaurants near by. Holiday Inn Express is a predictably good value for the price. We would stay here again.
