Room was ok, it had a lot of wear and tear.

I arrived in my room with rhe room smelling musty and stale. As i walkied in a big roach was walking towards me. I ask the front desk to have the manager come to the room. After a few minutes I went to use the restroom and there were small roaches everywhere. I grabbed my stuff and headed out. The manager funally met me, said she would go check the room lime im lying. Then offered me another room. I explained that roaches don't stay in one place. She advised she would refund my room and help me find another hotel. Once i found another one i asked for a receipt or something to show my refund or cancelation. After arguing for ten minutes they print screened the cancelation. Here it is three days later and the change is still pending. Besides her attitude like it was my fault, no true concern for my dissatisfaction.

Cleanliness is a hard thing to find in hotels. And holliday onn provided excellent service at that

Everything

We were in town for a funeral. The room was extremely spacious and very clean. TV was very small, but we hardly watched it. It seems they were doing some construction inside and out, but we never heard and noise or were inconvenienced by it. We would stay again.

Property well lit and clean.
