Unexpected great experience!
Initially I was not given the room I had requested via a third party booking agent, but the desk clerk Princess quickly located the proper room. She was extremely accommodating. The evening social was an unexpected pleasure with a vegetarian option hors'douvres. The suite was well appointed with kitchen utensils and adequate supplies. This was truly a home away from home experience. Even the charitable silent auction was a thoughtful touch.
Great Place to Stay.
The hotel smelled very clean when you first walked in. Hotel staff greeted you and took very good care of you. Breakfast was great.

my only issue was we weren't informed at check in that room service towel exchange, etc had to be requested for stays of less than three days. The room had two sets of towels, one for each of us. Surely you don't expect us to use same washcloth, towels for three days!

We enjoy the baseball games every year at this time and this hotel has been one of the best and most convenient for our yearly ritual. We were traveling with an infant this year and the location, the amazing breakfast and the type of room we stayed in met all of our needs!!! Will definitely return!!!

The front desk people were very nice. The breakfast was great and the coffee was delicious.
The parking lot is tight and busy. There wasn’t a handicap parking spot left.
