COMFIEST Beds!!!
For an inexpensive hotel, our bed was excellent. Terrifically firm, but soft top queen bed. Great pillows, not the piece of foam some places use. And the sheets and comforter were high quality. We had a great sleep! Thank you Holiday Inn Express.
Everyone was very courteous and helpful,the rooms were clean and orderly.
Overall appearance was neat and orderly.

This facility should be proud of itself and it's employees. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Our room was immaculate and the hot breakfast is top notch. We've stayed here before always for the NYS Fair and continue to be amazed by the consistent exceptional service.
Great Stay
From the check in to check out my four night stay at the Holiday Inn Express at the Syracuse Fairgrounds from the period 6/8/23 to 6/12/23 was very enjoyable and relaxing. The gym, pool and spa were easily accessible, all though I did not partake of them. Keep up the good work.
