Very comfortable beds! Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good.

EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY.

BATHROOM: Overall it looked pretty good except shower floor was visibly dirty and needed scrubbed. Hand washing soap was empty for sink upon arrival. ROOM/SLEEPING AREA: Floors were not completely clean upon arrival or anytime during our stay. We noticed they do not appear to use vacuum cleaners. They use a long handled roller with sticky tape like you would use to clean lint off a suit. A novel idea, but poor idea for cleaning carpet. Also found a baby’s binky under the couch while I was sitting at the desk. Clearly it did not stick to the tape roll. STAFF: Staff were very courteous and quite helpful. Especially the lady who works serving breakfast. She was a very nice woman to interact with and made our mornings very enjoyable. She was always working to refill and food items that were low or out and she was always cleaning something. She thanked us several times each morning for being there and she seemed sincere. We did not catch her name but sincerely appreciated her commitment to providing a hot breakfast and a friendly atmosphere.

Strong smell on ground floor, fans set up in hallways.

The staff was courteous, the room was clean and breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in a spot near lots of stores and restaurants. Nice staff and good amenities.

We enjoyed all staff especially Ruby! Clean place.

Check in was fast. Really enjoyed the hot breakfast!
